Following the tremendous success of our 2023 Convention at the stunning Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, we're gearing up for another unforgettable experience that promises to be even bigger and better.
At the 2023 Convention, attendees were treated to a wealth of enriching experiences and invaluable insights. From informative national committee meetings covering crucial topics such as Government Relations, Trenchless Technology, Safety and Education, Recruitment and Retention, Workforce Development, Legal, and Damage Prevention to dynamic keynote sessions delivered by industry luminaries like Randy Fox, the convention was a hub of inspiration and education.
Our local chapter collaborated seamlessly, splitting up to conquer all the committee meetings and ensuring that everyone stayed abreast of the latest updates and developments. The day was filled with engaging activities, including the annual golf tournament, rubber duck race, and a lively welcome reception that set the stage for productive networking and camaraderie.
Industry panel sessions and networking events facilitated meaningful connections between chapters and national leadership, fostering collaboration and idea exchange. It truly was a networking extravaganza!!
The convention also featured enlightening Industry Business Sessions covering topics ranging from Railroads and Contractors to Suicide Prevention, Damage Prevention, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The culmination of the convention was a spectacular affair, complete with a silent and live auction, delectable cuisine, and a Halloween costume party. We were thrilled to see our team take home accolades for best costume theme and scariest costume—a testament to the fun and camaraderie shared by all of us in attendance.
