Jason will educate us on the ever important discussion of "Killer Clauses" in construction contracts as well as Contract Payment Terms, Material Price Escalation Clauses, and Approaches to Contractual Relations Post the Fed’s Monetary Policy Support Efforts & Congress’s Fiscal Spending in response to COVID and resulting economic lockdowns.
